Option 1

Private car- public speedboat - private car

- Pick up (airport, hotel, etc.) in Phuket or Krabi
- Drive to the pier
- Crossing by public speedboat (approx. 30 min)
- Pick up at the pier in Koh Yao Yai and drive to the resort (10 min).

This transfer costs THB 1000 from Phuket and THB 1250 from Krabi per person and per direction. 

We can also provide public boat transfers from other destinations:
- Koh Phi Phi THB 1500 (approx.. 90 Min) per person and per direction
- Koh Lanta THB 1800 (approx. 120 Min) per person and per direction

All transfers are sujcect to availability and operating hours, outside these hours or if you prefer to travel completely privately, there is the option of arranging the crossing by private longtail boat.

Option 2

Private car- private longtail boat - private car

- Pick-up (airport, hotel, etc.) in Phuket or Krabi
- Drive to the pier
- Crossing by private longtail boat, max. 6 pers. (approx. 55 min)
- Pick up at the pier in Koh Yao Yai and drive to the resort (10 min)

This transfer costs THB 5000 from Phuket and THB 6000 from Krabi per boat and per direction and is available at anytime, subject to availability.

Helpful travel tips

• Check traffic updates - Before you set out, check for any road work etc.
• Stay Comfortable During the Boat Ride – The boat ride to Koh Yao Yai can be sunny and warm, so it’s a good idea to bring a refreshing drink and apply sunscreen before departure. Wearing a hat and sunglasses can also help protect you from the sun while enjoying the scenic ride.
• Cash & Essentials – There are limited ATMs on Koh Yao Yai, so it’s a good idea to carry enough cash for your stay. Also, bring essentials such as sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and any necessary medications, as choices on the island may be limited
